As we are nearing the end of this insane journey with our (now temporary) storefront we have finally put a schedule in place. We will piece the dates out as they become relevant. But for now we want to highlight that we will be discontinuing the Local Artist Retail items September 30th. So please find it in your hearts, and schedules, to come in and purchase those items that you have been interested in before the end of the month!

It's Friday the 13th and we're already getting ready for SPOOPY SEASON! (AKA Spooky Season for the uninitiated). Mom's and Jillian Selene Art also has you covered with a few chilling prints and decals to get your home ready for fall!

Throwback to our awesome Open House event from Saturday! We had a great turnout, enjoyed some wine and charcuterie, and even had some special (furry) guests from Puppy Haven Rescue, courtesy of Heather Shavney. Thank you to everyone that came out to support Mom's Creative! Especially Amy Cavett for gracing us with her amazing airplane drawing skills.

Can we talk about how adorable all of these crocheted items are??? Shannon Re*****on aka Stitched by Sisters is one of our newest artists in the shop. She makes everything from "stuffies", to hats and scrunchies, to pumpkins and much more! (Personally, we're big fans of her ice cream pint and popsicle holders.)

Here's a little more about her:

"I'm Shannon! I'm a mom of 2 kids and have been married to my husband Danny for 15 years! We've lived in the Tulsa area most of our lives. I've been crocheting for almost 10 years. I am mostly self-taught thanks to Youtube. I started crocheting so I could be a stay at home mom when our son was a toddler. I'm known among my friends as the yarn worker, and they love watching for whatever I make next. My go to projects and favorites to make are various hats or beanies, and stuffies (amigurumi). I make some home decor items as well, and useful "green" reusable items on occasion. While most of my items are seasonal, I create things year round!"
