Due to the high volumes of COVID-19 testing at all of our facilities we are serving patients on a first come, first serve basis. Appointment times DO NOT guarantee a more rapid wait time. Please check your email after making an appointment to begin the self check-in process.

We apologize for the lengthy wait times as we are short-staffed and are continuing to try and serve patients as fast and efficiently as possible.

TIPS for COVID-19 Testing ✅

▪️ LOCATE your nearest Axis HealthCare Covid-19 testing location. Each location has a unique Covid testing site. Look for signs to join the line at the 91st and Sheridan facility. This location is servicing people in a drive thru style. Look for orange cones.

▪️SCHEDULE. While you do not need an appointment for our covid testing you will need to schedule an appointment for the time slot that you have arrived at. Go to AxisHealth.net to reserve your slot.

▪️I.D. & INSURANCE. Once you have made your appointment a nurse will be out to retrieve your identification and insurance card. Please have physical copies of both before coming to be tested.
** If you do not have insurance please have your social security number ready so we may bill the CARES act.**

▪️CREATE PORTAL. If you do not have one already you will need to create a patient portal. Our staff will come out to give you a code that you will need to complete portal registration. You will also receive a paper with instructions on how to do this. Please consent to call and text or you will not get a notification on when they are available.
❗️THIS IS HOW YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR RESULTS ❗️

▪️SWAB. Once these steps have been completed our nurse will come back to your car to swab! Try to breathe in through your nose with deep breaths. Then you are all done!
Turn your hazard lights on to indicate you have finished testing.

▪️RESULTS. You will receive your results via your portal access. These results will be in tomorrow afternoon between 4-8 p.m.
