The Trump administration is causing unimaginable harm and suffering in the US, and around the world. From authoritarian power grabs to electing his billionaire pals to exert disproportionate influence over the government, we are bearing witness to a national travesty and attack on democracy.

That’s why WE, THE PEOPLE, refuse to tune out and instead bear witness in reflection, meditation, and prayer on the harms being done — so we can stay in motion together to push for a government that has integrity and care for its people.

Join thousands of people around the world EVERY WEDNESDAY at 12:53PM for a minute of silence for US.

Our Story

As a counselor, I draw from a variety of styles and techniques to help my clients resolve current problems and long-standing maladaptive thought and behavior patterns which may be contributing to those problems. Through a holistic, trauma informed, strengths based approach which involves careful and caring listening, I help my clients to understand their symptoms as well as ways to overcome them to achieve a more balanced and healthy life.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic orientations including cognitive-behavior therapy, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution focused therapy, motivational enhancement therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to address a wide variety of concerns including (but not limited to) stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, trauma, PTSD, grief, relationship issues and substance abuse. I am also able to provide substance abuse assessments, including ADSAC/DUI assessments for drivers license reinstatement.

Therapy sessions are reasonably priced and by appointment only. I accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as payment using a fee for services rendered model. Upon request, I will supply an invoice to my clients for submission to their insurance companies.

I hold State licenses in Oklahoma as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). I am certified by the State to provide LPC and LADC supervision and ADSAC/DUI assessments. I am certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional and a "Diplomate" with a specialty in trauma assessment and counseling from the American Mental Health Counselors Association.
