⨠Why Bok Choy & Celery?
Bok choy is packed with antioxidants, vitamin K for bone health, B vitamins for energy, and sulforaphane to support detox pathways.
Celery brings natural anti-inflammatory compounds, hydration, support for healthy blood pressure, and fiber for happy digestion.
We actually made a delicious recipe with these two foods today inside my Success Support Hubāa space where my clients get community, accountability, and food-as-medicine tools each week.
