What if your symptoms weren’t the problem… but the message?

If your car’s check-engine light came on, you wouldn’t cover it with a sticker and keep driving.

But that’s what so many of us do with our symptoms.

Kayla is a Registered Nurse, a mom of three, and a fire wife. We met over 12 years ago working in a hospital, and after going through her own healing journey as a client, she’s now joining me behind the scenes to help support you.

She brings a nurse’s heart — compassionate, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to helping others feel their best.

Most people think of aloe for sunburns—but did you know it can be incredible for digestion and constipation support?
