We are here to help you in your pregnancy and birth experience wherever you are in the journey. A Doula is a professionally trained labor support person.

She is there to be your compassionate companion, emotionally supporting you & your partner through your pregnancy, birth and immediate postpartum. As Doulas we also, educate the couple of their rights and choices, provide comfort measures such as breathing, relaxation, light massage, and help finding beneficial positions. We are an advocate for you and facilitate healthy communication with your birth professionals although we do not wish to speak for you, we will remind you of many options that sometimes are not presented by your care provider. We also assist your partner participating with confidence and are able to give them a break when needed. A doula is a most necessary component of your birth team! This continuous feminine support role has been a tradition throughout the ages and we feel blessed to continue this lineage.
