We are so proud to celebrate one of our KADDI graduates, Kelsey Essink, who has turned her dream into reality by launching her own private practice, Kelsey Essink Nutrition!

Right after passing her RDN exam, Kelsey stepped out with confidence to create a space where clients can find healing through functional nutrition. Based in Nebraska, she specializes in autoimmune disease, hormone balance, digestive health, fertility, and chronic fatigue — taking a root-cause approach that blends advanced lab testing, personalized nutrition, and lifestyle support.
