Oops! We are a day late on this post, but we couldn’t miss the chance to highlight another moment of KADDI Kindness!

Our intern, Ariana, sent the kindest letter to her teacher—an unexpected gesture that truly embodies the spirit of this season. We know that “out of the blue” kindness can sometimes feel a little intimidating, but this is exactly why we’re spreading it everywhere we go this holiday season.

KADDI Kindness rocks, and we are so proud of our interns for making meaningful connections and brightening the world around them.

Today’s act was: Decorate the office with holiday décor.

Betsy brought the holiday magic to the lobby of the Wright Building, home of K&A Nutrition, filling the space with warmth, joy, and that cozy holiday feeling for everyone who arrives and leaves each day. 🎄✨

It’s amazing how a little décor can brighten a workspace and lift spirits.

✨ KADDI 25 Days of Kindness — Countdown Begins! ✨
We’re kicking off this season of giving with a beautiful act of kindness modeled by our own leadership team.

Yesterday, Program Director Sara Tillery, Founder Patti, and our friend Sherri from the Oklahoma Beef Council attended the Oklahoma GROWN “Give a Ham, Share a Ham” event.

The Oklahoma Pork Council generously donated hams to RDNs across the state, and our team helped package and deliver them to the Eastern Oklahoma Food Bank, providing holiday meals to families in need.

This was the perfect way to launch our KADDI 25 Days of Kindness initiative — a time for all of us to spread joy, gratitude, and compassion throughout our communities and rotations.

This month we are thrilled to welcome Rachael Williams, MS, RDN, LD, Clinical Dietitian with Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa Bay, FL.

Rachael will be presenting Cancer MNT, including:
• Common oncology nutrition diagnoses
• Treatment side effects & dietary interventions
• Tips for clinical decision making
• Real cases from the clinical setting

This is an excellent resource for interns currently in clinical rotations or preparing to begin. You’ll gain practical tools you can apply immediately with preceptors and patients.
