They are variations of normality! Most likely, when they start crawling, the one on the left will slim down a little and the one on the right will gain muscle mass.

According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, 44 of 100,000 African American/black births result in the mother dying due to health and treatment related complications. This statistic is significantly higher than any other ethnic groups.
