Serving adults and adolescents for swallowing, voice, speech/language, & cognitive assessments and rehabilitation. Swallowing and Neurological Rehabilitation is a regional swallowing and voice center in midtown Tulsa, serving patients throughout northeastern Oklahoma and surrounding states. We offer fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES) swallow studies and videostroboscopy voice assessments in our state-of-the-art endoscopy suite. Our highly trained speech-language pathologists and endoscopists assess and treat swallowing impairments, voice disorders, speech/language deficits, and cognitive deficits caused by a variety of underlying diagnoses or conditions. We are in-network with Medicare, Medicaid/Soonercare, Community Care (St. Francis networks), and most all other private insurances (Blue Cross, United, etc.). SNR is owned by a board certified specialist in swallowing and swallowing disorders, one of only a handful of adult-focused swallowing specialists in the OK/KS/AR region. SNR's goal is to provide the highest quality of services possible by ensuring our team stays current in the latest evidence-based practices. Helping other speech-language pathologists worldwide, especially those new to the field or with limited resources, is also a cause that is near and dear to us. SNR offers high quality on-demand CEU courses and downloadable treatment materials which have been downloaded by thousands of SLPs worldwide. Update: Our water has been restored, and we will be OPEN starting at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, January 27! If you have a morning appointment on Tuesday, our clinic will be reaching out this evening to let you know that we will remain closed during the morning hours. 🚧 Clinic Update 🚧

A major water line beneath 21st Street broke this morning, leaving our clinic (along with many nearby businesses) without water. Unfortunately, we are unable to see patients without working water and restroom facilities available.

We were already closed today due to weather conditions. Later today, once we have more information on road conditions and whether water service has been restored at the clinic, we will determine our status for tomorrow.

If you have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow and it needs to be rescheduled, our team will contact you later today once a final decision is made.

Due to upcoming winter weather, uncertain start times, and travel concerns, we will be closed Friday and Monday out of an abundance of caution for our patients and team.

✅ All appointments scheduled for Friday (1/23) and Monday (1/26) were rescheduled today while our team was in the office.

📞 Voicemails left during the closure will be returned once we reopen.

📅 We anticipate returning Tuesday 1/27, weather permitting. If we must remain closed any longer, scheduled patients will be contacted directly with any updates to their appointment times.

We offer Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) exams at SNR. A FEES exam is a real-time, instrumental assessment that allows us to directly visualize the swallow and make more precise clinical recommendations.

✨ As we wrap up another incredible year and welcome the next, we’re taking a moment to reflect on how grateful we are for our patients, families, and community who continue to support our small, local clinic.

📊 This year by the numbers:
• 6,698 therapy visits
• 806 new patients served

For perspective:
• 2024: 5,371 therapy visits | 635 new patients
• 2023: 3,913 therapy visits | 466 new patients

The growth we’ve seen year over year is truly humbling, and it’s only possible because of the trust you place in us.

What we’re most proud of though isn’t the numbers. It’s the relationships we build, the journeys we get to be part of, and the milestones we celebrate along the way. We loved cheering on so many therapy graduates this year and celebrating their hard work and progress 🎉

From all of us at SNR, we thank you for allowing us to do what we love every day. We can’t wait to continue serving you in the new year ahead.

Look who’s spreading holiday cheer at the front desk! 🎅 Heather’s been rocking her Santa hat and bringing all the festive vibes to the clinic. Just a reminder: We’re open tomorrow (Tuesday), then we are closed the rest of the week (Wednesday the 24th through Friday the 26th) for Christmas.
