Seated Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that improves balance and reduces fall risk. It consists of making slow, graceful movements while breathing deeply. Seated Tai Chi is a great option for older adults, or any age with limited mobility (permanent or temporary.)

The Tai Chi Moving for Better Balance is a FREE program brought to you by the Injury Prevention department of the Oklahoma State Health Dept. Check their website on other ways to prevent falls.
This program is also backed by the CDC, and evidence based to help reduce the risk of falls. Check the CDC website for more information on Dr. Li and his amazing program. 🤗
