Adaptive athletes from The Center took on the trails at Lubell Park this weekend in a mountain biking clinic hosted by Bike Club and led by Catalyst Sports . With adapted bikes, expert coaching and a lot of grit, athletes spent two days building skills and pushing limits on the trail.

Thank you to Bike Club and Catalyst Sports for making this powerful experience possible for The Center for Individuals with Physical Challenges.

Holiday Mart wrapped last Saturday, with a strong show of support from our community and a remarkable display of creativity from our member artists. Thank you to everyone who attended, shopped and encouraged the talented individuals who shared their work.

We are especially grateful to the volunteer groups from Saint Francis Health System, Ascension St. John and the Young Men’s Service League, as well as several of our dedicated weekly volunteers — Cynthia Hall, Margo Roberts, Ron McDowell, Hannah Colburn and Jim Evans — who assisted with setup and helped manage the event throughout the day. Their time and commitment made this year’s Holiday Mart possible.

It was a successful event, and we appreciate our community for supporting our member artists and the programs that help them grow their skills, confidence and independence. Thank you for helping make this year’s Holiday Mart a meaningful celebration of creativity at The Center for Individuals with Physical Challenges.
