🌿 Feeling tense? Stuck? Ready for some relief?

Tension has a way of building up without us even realizing it — in our shoulders, our jaw, our hips, and even our breath. And this built up tension often creates pain in the body.

This Thursday evening, I’m leading a Somatic Movement Workshop designed to help you gently release that hidden tension and reconnect with a sense of ease.

🌿 Most of us were never taught how to manage our emotions in a way that truly serves us. Instead, we react on autopilot—feeling overwhelmed, shutting down, or getting caught in cycles of frustration.

As the weather dips into cooler fall temperatures, take advantage of the outdoors and join us for Aria Yoga with Tulsa Opera! Unwind with Sue Webb in a calming yoga session set to beautiful opera music tonight and enjoy a soothing break in the fresh air.
Aria Yoga takes place in the grassy area near 17th and Riverside. Our regular parking lot at River Parks Authority is finally complete! Street parking on Riverside Drive is also free and readily available. Don't forget to bring your mat and water. We will have a few yoga mats available for anyone who might need one.
