We’re filming new content at Recover today and are looking for 4-5 volunteers to help us showcase our recovery and wellness services!

🕐 Today between 1:00–4:00 PM

We’re looking for individuals who live an active lifestyle and prioritize their health and recovery. Our goal is to authentically represent the type of clients we serve every day — active adults who invest in feeling and performing their best.

Phase 3 is underway at Recover. 🔨

Construction has officially started on three additional physical therapy treatment rooms, giving each of our six physical therapists their own dedicated space for manual therapy and table work.

Over the past few weeks we’ve been working through a three-phase clinic upgrade designed to improve both patient experience and clinical flow:

Phase 1: Added turf space to expand our rehab and performance area
Phase 2: Creating full privacy for hot & cold tub therapy
Phase 3: Adding two new treatment rooms (now in progress)

Every change we make is intentional — creating an environment that supports 1-on-1 care, better outcomes, and a better experience for our clients and staff.

Recover will always stay committed to:

❄️ Weather Update from Recover ❄️

We hope everyone is staying safe and warm during this winter weather.

📌 Recover will be closed Monday due to current conditions.

✅ We plan to reopen Tuesday, weather permitting. With temperatures expected to be above freezing Tuesday and Wednesday, we anticipate resuming a normal schedule for the remainder of the week.

If you are scheduled and unable to make it in, our team will be happy to help with rescheduling.

🚧 Renovation Update at Recover 🚧

✅ Phase 1 COMPLETE
We’ve officially finished Phase 1 of our renovation by adding additional turf space to our physical therapy and gym area—giving our clients more room to move, train, and recover comfortably.

🔜 Phase 2 starts next week
We’ll be temporarily closing off our hot & cold tub therapy area to redesign the space for full privacy, creating an even better recovery experience.

🔜 Phase 3 coming at the end of the month
We’re adding two additional physical therapy treatment rooms, allowing each of our 5 physical therapists to have their own dedicated space for manual therapy and table work.

These precise upgrades allow us to use our space more efficiently while delivering a better experience for both patients and staff.

Dr. Dearing earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Education & Promotion from Oklahoma State University and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Oklahoma. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a true passion for helping patients regain confidence, strength, and quality of life.

With specialized training in pelvic floor rehabilitation, she supports women through:
