We are very excited to share today marks the 13th anniversary of Special Delivery birth center opening. Ruth opened the 1st birth center in Tulsa Oklahoma after serving as a homebirth midwife in the community for many years. The birth center has continued to grow and blossom through the years; we are proud to serve this community and look forward to continuing to serve the Tulsa community.
