I help women relieve stress, balance hormones, improve fertility, and feel better in their bodies through acupuncture and massage.

She is an Acupuncturist and Licensed Massage Therapist whom completed her massage therapy program at South Baylo University and received her Master’s in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in December 2014. She also received her Bachelor’s in Cell and Molecular Biology from Oklahoma State University in 2009. Her services of expertise currently include individualized Acupuncture and massage treatments as well as certification in the following massage modalities: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Therapy, Prenatal, Reflexology and Trigger Point therapy. Chinoise constantly strives to enhance her knowledge and skills in acupuncture and massage by taking continuing education classes and using that knowledge to provide the most effective treatment for her clients. Chinoise believes acupuncture and massage treatments are not a luxury, they are a necessity. They not only address any physical ailments, but also promote mental and emotional health and wellness when received on a regular bases. For Chinoise, treatment doesn’t end when the session ends. She equips her clients with tools (handouts for stretching, homeopathic remedies, etc.) they can use at home to provide the most lasting results. Ultimately, when one feels good, our whole being follows suit on all other levels (i.e., decision-making is better, processing life events and everyday stress is improved, and being happy is much easier when you are not in pain, stressed or feeling 'heavy' or 'tight’). This is what Chinoise wants for her clients and she enjoys being apart of that process.

One of the easiest ways to support your hormones and fertility is honestly pretty simple
eat more protein and please do not skip breakfast

your body needs fuel in the morning to feel safe and supported. when you start the day with protein, it helps steady your blood sugar, support ovulation, and take stress off your hormones

it does not have to be perfect or fancy. eggs, yogurt, leftovers, or a smoothie with protein all count

okay, imagine your body is like a phone that’s had too many apps open for way too long 📱

• call your ob-gyn or midwife to schedule your first prenatal appointment
