We offer weekly prenatal + postnatal yoga classes & special events that have been carefully designed to help ease the discomforts of pregnancy, prepare your body for the work of labor, and empower you to break the cycle of fear and tension that many women experience during childbirth. We handle payment AFTER your first class—booking is free—that way you can try class before you decide which payment option is right for you.

All class passes are good for a full 12 months from the purchase date, and remember our classes a prenatal + postnatal mix, so any classes you don’t use before baby you can come back and use after (once you’re cleared for exercise, that is!)

Please note that the 10 class pass option listed above is our New Client Special and is only available if you purchase on your first visit. Otherwise our 10 class pass price is $145.
