Strengthen and Sculpt blends the flow you know with the option to add light weights for an extra layer of strength—without losing that yoga focus. Nahal teaches Saturdays at 10:30am, and it’s our newest Sculpt class, bringing the total to four chances each week to move this way.
You can also catch Sculpt with Rachael on Mondays at 9:45am, Wednesdays at 9am, and Fridays at 9:45am. Same supportive vibe, same Tulsa yoga community—just more ways to build strength at your pace.
