All are welcome!
May 23rd: 8am at Turkey Mountain. Meet at the main parking lot.

What to bring:
Good walking shoes and at least 1 liter (1 quart) of water.

“Rucking” is a low-impact, military-inspired workout that combines walking with a weighted backpack to build both cardio and strength. If you’d like to try it, bring a backpack with your water and a few optional items to add weight—extra water (always a good idea), canned goods, or dumbbells. If you’re new to rucking, start with less than 10 lbs. We’ll go over best practices for gradually increasing weight.

We’ll begin with a short intro to answer questions and walk through what to expect. Then we’ll head out for a 1–2 mile loop together. If you choose to stop after the first loop, plan for about an hour total. Want more? Stay for an additional loop or two—you’re free to leave whenever you’re ready.

Learn more about Pita constitutions Saturday May 16th at 10am

The fire element is strongest in the summer months, frequently resulting in spikes of temperature and temper! We’ll look at the anatomy of the gut - the seat of pitta - from an Ayurvedic perspective, identify the 4 types of digestive strength, then put it together in a refreshing pitta-balancing asana class designed to keep our internal inferno in check. You can expect plenty of lateral bends & twists to open the side vents, release excess heat/pitta, and improve your digestive strength. Soothing, soft, and steady is the name of the summertime game.

Nearly three decades at Tulsa Yoga Quest.
Lindy has been part of this community since the early days, practicing in both the heated and non heated rooms. That kind of longevity speaks to something deeper than routine.
When asked what keeps her coming back, she didn’t hesitate. Dee. The steady leadership and care behind the studio matter.
Her advice for anyone considering their first hot yoga class is simple and freeing. You don’t have to get all the way into the posture to receive the full benefit. Attempt it with focus and intention. The effort itself brings the reward.
And after practicing in other places, Lindy says there’s nothing quite like receiving the traditional 26 postures delivered consistently, in the heat, with the authentic dialogue that simply works.

Join Energy Environments, Inc. for World Labyrinth Day TODAY, Saturday, May 2, 2026 - 12:00-3:00PM
3730 Terwilleger Blvd., Tulsa

Every year on the 1st Saturday of May, many people will gather at labyrinths around the world to celebrate World Labyrinth Day (WLD). The celebration is to draw attention to how walking a labyrinth can bring individuals and communities a place to go, to be, where they can find stillness. On this annual day of celebration, thousands of people will intentionally walk the labyrinth ‘As One At 1 and create a rolling wave of peaceful energy passing from one time zone to the next’ (ref. https://www.worldlabyrinthday.org/). For our celebration, we will be including functional movement prior to the actual walk and close out our program with a sound bath.

Timeline for the day:
12:00 - 12:15PM: Arrive and settle in
12:15 - 12:45PM: Functional Movement on the Labyrinth
1:00 - 1:45PM: Walk as One at 1 | Facilitated Labyrinth Walk
2:00 - 3:00PM: Sound Bath led by Tiffany Tran
3:00PM: World Labyrinth Day 2026 draws to a close

Milestones hit differently when there’s a comeback involved.

After time away, Tay returned and stayed the course—now celebrating 25 classes.

That’s resilience. That’s strength. That’s what this community is about.

Meditation doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective.

If stress has been building up, even a few quiet minutes can make a difference. Meditation gives your mind a place to land… a pause from the constant doing, thinking, and reacting.

It’s not about “clearing your mind” or doing it perfectly. It’s about noticing—your breath, your thoughts, your body—and letting things settle without needing to fix anything right away.

Over time, those small moments of stillness can help you feel more grounded, less reactive, and better able to handle whatever comes your way.

Start simple: sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take a few slow breaths. When your mind wanders (because it will), gently bring it back.

That’s the practice. And it’s enough 💛

Bring your mom for free to any class on Mother's Day

Book your own spot head of time, then bring your mom 15 minutes early to get set up.
