Take care of it as much as it takes care of you with Cosmic Breath Company's C B D body butter, C B D lipbalm, and organic essential oils.

If you did happen to forget your sunscreen and now you're wincing in pain regretting every moment, we got you covered!

Take a cosmic 𝒸𝑜𝑜𝓁𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝒷𝒶𝓉𝒽 🛀:
✧ baking soda
✧ apple cider vinegar
✧ coconut oil
✧ 2-3 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
✧ 2-3 drops of lavender essential oil

Use warm water first to dissolve the baking soda, then finish with mostly cool water to keep inflammation down. Make it extra luxurious by dimming the lights and whipping out one of our sage smudging kits! 🌬

Follow it up with our C B D body butter to continue the healing. If your skin is too raw to rub in the butter, try putting a little dab on your skin and then using a rose quartz roller to spread it and help cool your skin at the same time!

Starting a non-profit to help girls in need is a long-held dream and personal mission for me. I was eight years old when I started my period and thought it was normal (smarter, even!) to use rolled up toilet paper instead of pads or tampons. It was cheaper, easier, and going to the bathroom more often wasn't that big of a deal – that's what I told myself.
