Headaches have many causes, but toxicity and anxiety are high on the list!

When it comes to toxicity, the most common causes are a toxic diet (few raw foods and junk food) and sluggish bowels.

In addition to this daily juice tonic, try:

- reducing your intake of red meat, pork, caffeine, and rich foods
- increase your consumption of raw vegetable salads, raw fruits, and whole grains
- exercise 3-5 times a week (the best exercise is the one you are happy to do!)
- rest

Drinking freshly made juice daily (in-between meals or as a meal replacement) is ideal for keeping up our health.

Vegetable juice is more nutrient dense than fruit juice, so if you only have time for one glass a day, try to aim for vegetable to get the maximum benefit.

Also, remember that store-bought juices have been pasteurized, likely eliminating the needed enzymes that naturally come with juices, so we recommend avoiding these expensive products.

We have a friend that runs Grace Animal Rehab. Center Inc. and is asking for volunteers to help abandoned cats and dogs through a "Pictures with Santa" event at Petco the first 2 weekends in December. The Nervous System is responsible for many functions in the body, and when it is not working properly, anxiety, hyperactivity, insomnia, and depression (to name a few) can result.

To help your nervous system function well:

EXERCISE 🚵
Walk at least 1 mile a day (more if you can). Exercise is very important for the nervous system and helps produce a general feeling of well-being.

ELIMINATE ☕🍷🍪
Ni****ne, caffeine, white/refined sugar and flour, and alcohol. These all rob the body of calcium and B vitamins.

REDUCE 🥩
Animal protein intake (meat and dairy).

INCREASE 🥬
Green vegetables, whole-grain breads (e.g., Ezekiel bread), and juicing.
