💛 Springfield, let’s talk about Michelle. 💛

If you’re out in the community, you’ve probably crossed paths with her already — she’s the one who pops in with a smile, remembers everyone by name, and somehow manages to be everywhere at once.

Michelle is our Account Manager, but honestly, she’s more like our “boots-on-the-ground” lady. She’s always out visiting partners, checking on people, making connections, and bringing that warm Springfield energy with her wherever she goes.

Her favorite scripture is Joshua 1:9:
“Be strong and courageous; do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
And if you know Michelle, you know she lives that out — she shows up, she’s brave, she’s kind, and she goes where she’s needed.

We figured it was finally time to put a face to the name that so many of you in Springfield already recognize from her visits and conversations. 💛

This is Brenda, our longtime Payroll/Client Service Specialist - and truly one of the hearts of our team. She has been with our company for many years, supporting our clients, lifting up her coworkers, and bring a calm, steady kindness every single day. Her dedication and genuine care have made a lasting impact on everyone she works with.

🌟 Meet Neil! 🌟
Putting a face to the name!

Neil is one of our newest team members, but you wouldn’t know it from the way he’s already built strong connections with both clients and coworkers. He has a natural gift for making people feel comfortable, heard, and supported — and yes, he’s usually cracking a joke while he’s at it. 😄

Whether he’s helping a client navigate a question, checking in with employees, or jumping in wherever he’s needed, Neil brings an upbeat, people-first energy that makes our office brighter (and definitely more entertaining).

A big part of who he is comes from advice his mom shared with him — wisdom he carries with him every day:
“If you keep your eyes and ears open, life will show you what you need to know.”
And honestly, you can see that in the way he listens and pays attention.
