Montika serves as a Advanced Holistic Lactation Consultant, a International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), a Holistic Integrative nurse, Health and Wellness coach, a Body Worker, a Medical Herbalist, an activist, a COBA (Coalition of Oklahoma Breastfeeding Advocates) board member and an avid supporter of everything breastfeeding. She serves as the Co-Owner & CEO of Total Family Wellness and Co-President & CEO of Innovations Family Wellness, INC. Montika has a Master of Arts (MA) in Health and Wellness Coaching with a concentration in Medical Herbalism and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology and Chemistry from Northeastern State University. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Oral Roberts University with a Bachelor of Science (BSN) in Nursing. Montika has over 300 hours in continuing education courses specific to the care of the mother/baby dyad. Montika trains healthcare professionals on how to utilize and integrate alternative healthcare practices into their medical practices. She also holds group training and seminars for various perinatal providers. Montika serves local women, breastfeeding mothers and their infants providing them with health & wellness coaching, herbal support, body work and advanced holistic lactation & breastfeeding support.

Montika serves as a Advanced Holistic Lactation Consultant, a International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), a Holistic Integrative nurse, Health and Wellness coach, a Body Worker, a Medical Herbalist, an activist, a COBA (Coalition of Oklahoma Breastfeeding Advocates) board member and an avid supporter of everything breastfeeding.

Montika is the Co-Owner & CEO of Total Family Wellness and Co-President & CEO of Innovations Family Wellness, INC. She has worked with both premature and full-term newborn mother/baby dyads to help them successfully breastfeed. Montika is passionate about expanding and improving breastfeeding support in Oklahoma City, Tulsa and statewide. She is the wife of her amazingly supportive husband Paul and the mother of their three “superhero” children, ages 5, 6, and 13, who were all extended breast feeders.
