🌿Hey Tulsa, your Mental Health Matters🌿
Shea is a highly motivated therapist who has worked in the mental health and substance abuse field for over 25 plus years as a Clinical Director and a therapist.
She earned both her degrees from the University of Oklahoma and was an athlete at OU.

She works with adults specializing in personal health and growth, looking at the Mind, Body, and Spirit, including family dynamics, trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. Multiple modalities include but are not limited to, trained in EMDR and certified in Narrative exposure therapy for trauma, CBT, and DBT with an emphasis on Gestalt therapy.

Shea's life experiences, challenges, and education has given her empathy and direct honesty in helping others find healing and solutions to deal with the here and now.
