TCM Herbal Teas are different from the tea we grew up on. I remember seeing little black tea leaves or green tea leaves inside disposable tea bags.
These days call for something stronger; roots, bark, flowers, fruit.
I hand weigh each tea formula for my clients. You are welcome to watch your tea weighed out.
Brew 1 TCM LARGE tea bag = 1 week of tea
1 week of tea = 2 cups per day
1 TCM LARGE tea bag = 1 month of tea
You can save the used tea bag in the freezer to rebrew again in a week! This can be done up to three times for some formulas.
