This is why we do what we do. At GPS Therapies, we are on a mission to provide healing and growth through relational mental health therapy— because meaningful change happens in connection, not isolation.

✨ Meet Tiffany Sage ✨

Tiffany works with teens (13+), young adults, adults, families, and seniors, supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, adolescent and young adult concerns, communication challenges, and life transitions.

Tiffany believes that life can take us into deep and unexpected waters — sometimes deeper than we feel prepared for. Therapy can offer support that feels like a raft, a life jacket, or the skills to swim, depending on where you are in your journey. Her goal is to help clients feel supported, resilient, and confident as they navigate life’s challenges — and she genuinely loves seeing people shine.

In therapy, Tiffany provides a safe, collaborative, and trauma-informed space, grounded in a person-centered and humanistic approach. She integrates evidence-based modalities including ACT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Time-Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy, and existential and psychodynamic perspectives, tailoring care to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Accepts Aetna, BCBS, Oklahoma Medicaid (SoonerCare, Aetna BetterHealth, Humana Healthy Horizons, Oklahoma Complete Health), Private Pay

Healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum. It happens in relationship— with others, with ourselves, and with the world around us. At GPS Therapies, we believe growth and wholeness emerge not through going it alone, but through compassionate connection, honest reflection, and the courage to show up.

Tera specializes in family counseling, parenting support and training, and play therapy for children. She works with children ages 3–12 and partners closely with families to nurture connection, strengthen relationships, and create felt safety at home.

Using play therapy and trust-based relational interventions, Tera helps children build self-esteem, express big emotions, and develop healthy ways to navigate their inner world — all while supporting parents as they grow alongside their child.

Tera believes healing happens best in relationship, and her work is grounded in compassion, connection, and understanding the whole family system.

Meet Tiara, LCSW, one of the newest therapists at GPS Therapies.

With over 14 years of experience across mental health, child welfare, addiction recovery, crisis intervention, and community-based care, Tiara brings deep wisdom, compassion, and leadership to her work. She has served as a clinical director, educator, and continuing education coordinator for social workers, counselors, and helping professionals across Oklahoma.

Tiara’s approach is rooted in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care, with a strong focus on resilience, empowerment, and healing from both personal and intergenerational trauma. She works with adults, couples, and seniors navigating depression, anxiety, grief, conflict, and life transitions—always centering dignity, safety, and connection.

Her work honors the whole person, recognizing how social, historical, and environmental experiences shape mental health. Through therapy, group work, and advocacy, Tiara helps clients reconnect with their strengths and build sustainable tools for healing and growth.

Tiara accepts Aetna, Oklahoma Complete Health, Oklahoma Medicaid (SoonerCare, Aetna BetterHealth, Humana Healthy Horizons), and private pay.

The holidays can bring joy and they can bring stress. Often both at the same time.

Staying grounded during the holidays doesn’t mean ignoring what’s hard. It means slowing down, breathing, and holding space for reality and gratitude at once. When we acknowledge what is difficult while also elevating what is good, we become more oriented, more steady, and more able to lead with our values.

As the season unfolds, may we move through it with open hands, honesty, and strength.

This season, we’re focusing on relationships and orientation—how we make sense of where we are, what we’ve experienced, and where we’re going, especially when life takes unexpected turns.

In this episode, we meet Rory Robinson! Through Maggie's birth story, we explore what it means to lose your bearings in a moment that’s supposed to be joyful, and how re-orienting yourself after trauma is often a relational process, not a solo one.

This conversation sets the stage for the season ahead: honest, grounded, and centered on the ways connection helps us heal and move forward.

Listen now, and stay tuned for new episodes coming in the new year as we continue exploring relationships, orientation, and the stories that shape us.
