I've been talking to a lot of my patients lately about my new eating plan that I've been on for a few months and the main thing I've noticed is cutting out sugar and how much better I feel. My joints and my muscles don't ache like they used to. The burning and numbness in my neck is gone! Just wanted to share a little article that might inspire you if I haven't.
