Hawthorne Place Adult Family Home

Hawthorne Place Adult Family Home We provide 24 hours wake staff to care for those that need assistance at night. We can take care of clients until the very end, including hospice care.

HP will provide care to those that require supervision or assistance with activities of daily living and/or health related services while maintain each residents dignity. Adult Family Homes are residential homes licensed by the State for a maximum of six residents. Because of the fewer number of residence, adult family homes can offer a higher quality of care. Our mission at Hawthorne Place is to provide warm and personalized care in a home setting to those that can longer manage on their own.

Today I dropped off the hydrangeas (donated by family) that are going to be planted in memory of Antonia Zirk. Antonia was a resident of Hawthorne and just a little over a year ago we were celebrating her 105th birthday. 💕🎉💐.
