1,000 sf workout space available for rent in central Tumwater, you pick the time(s) M-W-F-S-S. Fully-equipped for a personal trainer and able to accommodate up to 10 people for a small group. Also perfect for a yoga instructor. The space is quiet and has great heating/A/C.

I shared with video with my clients this morning. I am bursting with love for them and all that we created.
I am closing down the Impact Fitness studio location. There were so many things to consider. As I say in my video, I felt this coming late last Fall so I feel somewhat fortunate that I able to gently move through the experience of loss before the doors closed on March 16, 2020.
I'm sharing this because there are people out there who moved on to other things but are a part of me and all that was created. So this video is for them too. I have grown so much in the past 12 years and most especially when I opened the doors in April 2011. And I've laughed more in the last 9 years than in the previous 50 years of my life. I thank everyone for that. It's one of the things I miss now and will miss the most.
My mom died 10 days before I opened up. A loss and then a gain. A death and rebirth. Like where I'm at and many of us are at right now.
I'm humble, curious, sad, elated, a bit scared, but mostly like I said above bursting with love. Thank you to all who have been a part of this last chapter. May the next one be even more amazing.

Hey Everyone! I will be out of the studio this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday July 18-20 as I will be teaching ANF Levels 1/2 at Trinity Massage in Olympia.
