This is a common symptom of plantar fasciitis.

While it may feel that the plantar fascia is tight and needs to be loosened, recent research has actually found that it is less stiff in those with plantar fasciitis!

This is why it is important to implement the correct stability program to return the fascia back to its normal stiffness!

How long does it take for tendons to heal? ⏳

A recent study found that elbow, knee, and ankle tendon injuries usually last 3-4 months, and shoulder injuries typically take up to a year to fully recover without treatment.

This highlights the need for treatment that includes strengthening and improving movement patterns, regardless of the injury location.
