CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICIES
We understand that appointments are sometimes missed due to unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies or obligations with family and work. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing others from receiving much need treatment. Conversely, if another patient doesn’t call us to cancel their appointment, they may be preventing you from receiving the treatment you may need.
Appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance (or by 5pm on Friday for a Monday appointment) are subject to a $50 fee; it will not be covered by the insurance company.

Appointments missed completely, with no communication with the office are subject to a $75 fee; it will not be covered by the insurance company.

Regrettably, repeated no shows will result in dismissal from the office.
