I need a place to rant!!! I am so angry right now!

All I wanted was to buy a nice sign that said "Joy” to fit with my decorations.

I spent days searching Ebay & Etsy until I found the perfect one. Then look what shows up today?? ...
THIS!!
The idiots sent a "YOL" sign?! I am so mad... I contacted the seller and they refuse to replace it or give me my money back!!! Annnddd!! they also called me STUPID!!! How is that for customer service????
Beware buying online!!!
