Our first Christmas party at Tunkhannock Rehab & Health Care Center was truly unforgettable 🎄❤️

We were overwhelmed by the generosity of our community and blessed to give each resident multiple gifts and cards.

Thank you to our incredible staff who adopted residents, supported this event, and helped make the day so special.

With Santa’s help and lots of smiling faces, we shared a wonderful afternoon filled with laughter, gratitude, and holiday joy. These photos say it all 🎅🎁

Anything goes fun with our residents and the Wyoming County 4-H Club 🎄💚

We loved hosting this wonderful group for an afternoon of intergenerational activities—cornhole, ping pong toss, basketball, Christmas carols, and the cutest paper plate wreaths to decorate doors and take home.

With parents joining in and a festive photo shoot using Miss Debbie’s handmade frames, it was a day filled with laughter, movement, and meaningful connection. You could truly feel how special this group is!

Last Tuesday, we were treated to a special holiday performance by the Tunkhannock Area High School Speech & Debate class as they shared Christmas stories with our residents. 🎄✨

It was extra special to have our Director of Nursing, Elise’s son, join in the fun—and her mother-in-law, who also volunteers with us, there to support.

A beautiful morning filled with community, family, and holiday cheer. 💙

Last Friday afternoon was filled with fun—and maybe a little frustration! 😄

Our residents picked the winners for our craft fair basket raffle before taking on a gingerbread house village.

While it was a bit of a disaster at times, we ended up with three standing houses and lots of laughs.

We were blessed with a beautiful Christmas performance by the flute choir from Tunkhannock United Methodist Church last Sunday!

Their music filled our halls with joy and holiday spirit—thank you for sharing your talents with our residents! 🎄🎶

We are so grateful to Ed, our resident Susan’s husband, for surprising our team with a beautiful holiday gift basket filled with goodies as a heartfelt thank-you for the care given to his wife.

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. 💙🎁
