🧠 Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders ( ) are lifelong brain- and body-based conditions caused by prenatal alcohol exposure ( ). Because it’s a spectrum, no two people with FASD are alike, and over 400 related conditions can co-occur (source National FASD ). At its core, FASD is a neurodevelopmental disability that affects how someone thinks, learns, and responds to the world.

But FASD is also a story of resilience. 🌱 With early identification, routine screening, and the right supports, especially in areas like executive functioning, individuals with FASD can thrive!
