~Scapegoat Recovery Group Mental Health: I specialize in marriage/partner/family therapy, children’s therapy (play therapy--I had the privilege of training at the University of Mississippi and the Oxford Play Therapy Institute), adoption/infertility, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse/narcissistic abuse, ADHD, Autism Spectrum, mood/personality disorders. On a personal note, I would describe myself as a "think outside the box, real talk" type of individual who values authenticity. I recognize the struggles each unique person experiences in the challenges that come with just "daily life". Let me emphasize that THERAPY IS FOR EVERYONE. Everyone has problems they need help navigating from time to time, as we are all human. There are a variety of reasons one may benefit from therapy. Many simply find the value in talking with a trusted person outside their circle of family/friends who can remain unbiased, for example. It is my passion to help others achieve their goals. I am excited to help you start your journey to healthier YOU. Heal for your children, normalize seeking help for yourself and children, and know you are not alone.
