We are honored to partner with Compassionate Outreach Services to serve those in need on Saturday, July 12th from 11am-1pm at Victory Temple Outreach Ministries, Inc in Tupelo. Everything is FREE! We will also have a doctor and nurse available to provide consultations along with information on valuable resources in our community. Please share to get the word out!

To all my potential and former patients: I have great news. I will start back doing patient care in the next couple of weeks. I am reaching out as so many have voiced that you would love that I continue as your primary provider. I will have more detailed information over the next week or so and will share more as I get it. Compassionate Care Clinic will be permanently closing on Dec. 31, 2024. Please make sure you have all the prescriptions that you need. If you have an appointment scheduled after the 16th of Dec. it will be a phone call visit. Please be ready to answer at the time of your scheduled visit. If you need medical records, you will need to contact your potential provider and sign a release of information form and they can fax it to me at 662-486-2189 or email to compcclinic@gmail.com and I will send them. Or you can pick up your records (only you) at the clinic until the 31st but you must call first 662-316-8579. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you so much for being a loyal patient of Compassionate Care Clinic. May you prosper even as your soul prospers.
