Tupper Lake Center Nursing and Rehabilitation At Tupper Lake Center Nursing and Rehabilitation, our residents enjoy a secure and welcoming environment, close to their friends and family in the community.

Our committed and compassionate staff goes above and beyond to serve the region's long-term care placement needs, and also provide short-term rehabilitation services such as physical, occupational and speech therapy. We strive to ensure every resident is comfortable and safe with semi-private and private living areas – all with bathrooms en-suite. Our Rehab-to-Home program provides the additional help needed to serve as a stepping stone for our patients to reach their ultimate goal of returning home.
