This Tuesday will be the fourth mobile chair massage day, and it’s been great to be out in the community! Chair massage is happening at the Tupper lake municipal park over looking Raquette Pond every Tuesday (except for 8/19) 11am - 3pm until the end of August! Walk ins only. 15, 20, or 30minutes. If the day looks like a wash out I’m scheduled to be at Perk & Pine 9am-1pm. Have a happy summer!☀️❤️😌

Happy Winter Solstice 🩵❄️ welcoming lighter days little by little.

Fun fact: “Winter” a German word meaning “time of water” signifying a wet season, or heavy precipitation.

A season where it’s the coldest, and most still. Slowing down life, but also keeping the body nourished and warm.

Sipping on hot/warm water throughout the day will actually hydrate you more than cold water. Hydrating the muscles, organs (supporting digestion), and of course warming the body. ❤️
It can also be enjoyed with a little spoon of honey.
