I studied the art of massage at The Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy in 2009. I then opened my own massage studio for two of the years that I continued to live there. A year after my son, Noa, was born I decided to venture back to the states to be a little closer to home. With being from the small town of Canton, in the northern part of the Adirondacks, I have always held a place for the mount

ains in my heart. With my active lifestyle, the Adirondacks was a great place for us to reside. I am an avid rock climber, skier, camper, hula hooper and water lover. I have contracted out of The Olympic Training Center for 7 years and have traveled with USA Bobsled/Skeleton, Woman's Hockey and Triathlon. Melanie has been practicing in the field of Esthetics since 2014. Her lifestyle of recreational and professional outdoor experiences led her to the field of skincare. Melanie has learned to care for her skin through harsh environmental conditions. Skincare is not limited to just pampering of the face, it’s holistically treating the full epidermis. Whether it be with product usage, introducing new treatment of your daily/weekly/monthly skincare routine, helping your skin through hormonal changes or razor burn. ​Big news from Mountain Bliss Holistic Healing!

To create a dedicated and peaceful environment for our practice, we have created a brand-new digital home for our mindfulness community: The Meditation Room.

​While we still love seeing your faces in person here at our location on Park Street in Tupper Lake for our weekly sessions, we wanted to ensure our online community had a sanctuary of its own. We are moving our Livestream meditations to this private, invite-only Facebook group to keep our circle focused, intentional, and free from the distractions of the main feed.

​Whether you join us on the mat in person or tune in from the comfort of your home via the Livestream, we are so honored to breathe with you.
