Hyrox & Flow State is a 60-minute hybrid experience combining 30 minutes of HYROX-style functional training with 30 minutes of guided breathwork and stretching.
HYROX-style training focuses on high-intensity functional movements — running, sled work, carries, lunges, and endurance-based strength — designed to build cardiovascular capacity, muscular endurance, and work capacity under fatigue. This style of training teaches the body to perform efficiently while heart rate and stress levels are elevated.
The second half of the session transitions into intentional breathwork and mobility, drawing from evidence-informed practices such as Wim Hof-style breathing, box breathing, and slow nasal breathing.
These techniques are used to:

• Improve oxygen utilization
• Reduce stress hormones
• Enhance recovery and resilience
