What a beautiful day at Tammy’s Farm! 🐑🌻💐

Our residents had an amazing time visiting the farm, petting the animals, and creating their own flower arrangements. The day was filled with smiles, laughter, fresh air, and so many special memories made together.

A special thank you to Tammy for warmly welcoming us and creating such a wonderful experience for our residents. Your kindness and hospitality made the day truly unforgettable.

We are so grateful for the opportunity and can’t wait to visit again! 💜

Spending the day enjoying good music, great company, and delicious bites at Sunnyside! 🎶🧀 Kimo had everyone smiling with his singing while our residents enjoyed a beautiful charcuterie board together. Moments like these make Sunnyside feel even more like home. 💛
