The evening begins with a heart-opening meditation and ceremonial-grade cacao sourced from Peru. From there, Kayla will guide you through a powerful breathwork journey to release stuck emotions, reset the nervous system, and invite deep healing.

To close, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of a sound bath featuring traditional Peruvian instruments, crystal sound bowls, and chimes.
