They wandered through fields of pumpkins, selecting the perfect ones to decorate their home. Afterward, many stopped by the Fruitbarn to browse the fresh produce, homemade jams, and baked goods that filled the air with the comforting scent of apples and cinnamon. Families enjoyed sampling cider, chatting with friends, and taking photos surrounded by colorful autumn displays. Residents truly enjoyed the Trunk or Treat event, smiling and laughing as they explored the creatively decorated car trunks. Each display brought something special—from spooky ghosts and friendly pumpkins to colorful fall scenes—and residents loved reminiscing about past Halloweens while admiring the decorations. Many dressed up in festive hats or costumes, while others passed out candy or voted for their favorite trunk. The cheerful music, laughter, and sense of community filled the air, creating a joyful and heartwarming atmosphere. It was a wonderful afternoon of fun, connection, and celebration that left everyone with happy memories and full hearts. Thank you to the hospice agencies for coming out and supporting Cogir. 🎃👻🍬
