It is with a heavy heart we announce the closure of our office in Turlock. This space has grown from humble beginnings into what it is today. Over the years it has seen my frustrations, tears, and much laughter as well. We look forward to the next chapter with hope and anticipation.

We will be transitioning to a concierge PT model, so we’ll still be around but in a new and exciting format!

Recently we were able to spend some time on the field with one of our athletes recovering from ACL reconstruction. It’s encouraging to the athlete to feel the turf again and important to practice their drills on the surface they will be competing on. If you’re rehabbing from surgery and are planning on returning to sport make sure you get some on the field time before going back to play. If you haven’t yet, consider Elite PT for your post-op physical therapy!

Another ACL reconstruction patient working with the BFR cuffs. As we’ve mentioned before these are great when you aren’t able to use a lot of weight or resistance but still want the benefits of working at a higher intensity

We got to bust out the on .petersen21 recently. Kaden is a pitcher with some knee pain. is perfect for when you want to mimic a higher intensity exercise at lower weight/difficulty such as when exercising around pain.

Probably our favorite piece of equipment, our Rialto reformer! Extremely versatile, we use the reformer with clients of all types of injuries.
