What a year it has been—full of lessons, full of unexpected openings, full of the quiet moments that shape us in ways we don’t always see at first. Thank you for every breath you took inside our walls, for the ways you showed up to your mat and to your own life. Thank you for the sweat, the laughter, the healing, and the courage it took to keep growing. We are grateful for every moment we’ve shared, and for the community we continue to create together.
