Embrace movement with intention. Take a moment to slow down and make healing a deliberate practice in every area of your life. Let each breath be meaningful and live with purpose! Sometimes, healing means taking a pause, and sometimes, strength is simply about showing up. Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is take one hour… and be in the yoga practice.

Friday night's practice is $15 Friday: our community class. Our intention with our community classes is always to keep them affordable, accessible, and, of course, intentional.
