Be mindful of how you can project your ideas and feelings onto others. Often, we interpret the actions and words of those around us through the lens of our own experiences, emotions, and beliefs. This projection can shape our perception of someone, leading us to see them in ways that may not align with their true intentions or character. Being aware of this tendency can lead to more empathetic and accurate understandings of the people we encounter, reminding us to approach them with an open mind and a willingness to see beyond our own projections.

Su***de ranks as the 11th leading cause of mortality in Alabama. It stands as the 3rd most common cause of death for individuals aged 10-34, the 4th for those aged 35-44, and the 6th for those aged 45-54. In the year 2020, 823 individuals lost their lives to su***de in Alabama, equating to an average of one person perishing every 11 hours. Su***de is not inevitable but by dismantling the stigma, extending support, and assisting those in need, we can actively work toward preventing su***de and preserving lives.
