Can’t find the weights so the yoga props get promoted. Deltoid myofascial release for less shoulder tension, better overhead mobility, and stronger lifts.

Today I felt the ache of longing for safety in my own body.

“The psoas — a hidden bridge between body, stress, and safety.”

That line stayed with me.

I felt how much I’ve been longing for that bridge.
That quiet sense of safety within myself.

Not escaping stress.
Not outrunning it.
But meeting it and softening.

Remembering that safety can live inside me, too.

Before balance poses, I like to wake up the inner lower legs.

Place a small ball between your ankles. Start low, then slightly higher if that feels good.

Gently squeeze the ball and slowly lift your heels. Lower with control.

Keep the movement small and steady.

A few slow reps can make your balance feel way more supported.

Inner legs first, forward bends follow.
When the adductors release, the hips hinge with ease.
Less spine effort, more fold.
Inner thighs soften, hamstrings respond.
Pelvis balanced, the fold feels even.

Roll, fold, breathe.
