Funny cartoon! Honestly though one of the most dangerous pieces of equipment in the gym in the back brace/belt. It should only be used when lifting extremely heavy weight. The goal is to have a strong enough core that you do not need a belt when lifting. Move Better, Feel Better!

It always amazes me when someone make a condescending remark about how we choose to live a more natural lifestyle. It's not like we haven't been eating this way for centuries. Only recently has it become normal to eat processed, highly refined, GMO foods.
