✨ New Booking + Cancellation Policy Update ✨

At Balancing Breath, our classes are intentionally small (just 12 spots!) so we can create a supportive and personalized experience for everyone. These updated policies help ensure more students have the opportunity to attend class and allow our instructors to prepare for attendance accordingly. 💛

Here’s what to know:
🧘 You can cancel your booking anytime through MindBody
⏰ Cancellations made less than 8 hours before class will result in a lost class credit
⚠️ Cancellations made within 3 hours of class start time — or no-shows — will incur a $5 fee
👥 If a class has 2 or fewer students registered 4 hours before start time, the class will be canceled and your class credit will be returned to your account

Meet our newest instructor, Michela Snell, who will be teaching Yoga Flow Tuesday mornings and Yoga Sculpt Thursday afternoons.

Michela is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor and Pilates teacher who has been part of the Tuscaloosa community for the past decade. She earned her BA in Dance from UA and will begin her Master of Social Work this fall. Michela is excited to join the Balancing Breath team and create a welcoming, supportive space for all students. 🧘‍♀️💪
