This gentle, beginner-friendly Reiki Circle is a space to relax, reset, and be supported. Reiki is a calming energy practice that helps the body release tension, restore balance, and support the nervous system for deep rest and renewal.

During our time together, you’ll rest comfortably while Reiki is shared in a peaceful group setting. Every experience is unique, but many leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded. 💫

Parking may be a little tricky for Laura’s Full Body Flow as the Tuscaloosa Half Marathon & 5K will be happening downtown at the same time 🏃‍♀️ We recommend coming to the studio via Greensboro Ave and avoiding University Blvd if you can.

Plan ahead, give yourself a little extra time, and you’ll be all set ✨

Balancing Breath Studio

This 4-week Introduction to Yoga series is designed for complete beginners and anyone wanting to return to the foundations of their practice in a supportive, welcoming space.

We’ll move slowly and intentionally, focusing on:
🌿 Breath
🌿 Gentle movement
🌿 Mindful awareness
🌿 Building confidence from the ground up

Each week builds on the last, so you can develop strength, ease, and a deeper understanding of the basics. Modifications and options will always be offered so you can move in a way that feels safe and supportive for your body.
