The state of Alabama dominated at the Intercollegiate Wheelchair Basketball National Championship tournament last weekend! Congratulations to the Alabama Women’s Wheelchair Basketball Team for winning their 6th straight national championship, Auburn Wheelchair Basketball Team for winning their first national championship, and the Alabama Men’s Wheelchair Basketball Team for coming in 2nd!

We’re partnering with the University of Alabama Department of Human Nutrition for two special Saturdays at Rooted coming up on April 11 and 18 🌱

The first half of class will focus on food and nutrition with interactive learning for kids and a separate conversation for parents, helping support the whole child in better understanding their bodies and how food fuels them. The second half will be our regular Rooted movement and connection.
