UAachieve Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga provides the opportunity to soothe your nervous system, quiet your mind and release daily tension. Due to the popularity of the Restorative Yoga classes, the Rec Center has decided to make it an in-house program instead of the independent UAchieve Series, so we have been delayed in putting out our calendar for the Spring semester. All of the changes are administrative in nature - what it means for you:

1. Payment will be made in advance in the membership office at the Rec Center. You can pay by cash, check or credit card.

3. If you are not currently a member of the Rec Center - you will have to pay an additional one day guest fee of $10 to take the class. You will have access to the Rec Center for the entire day though - you can use the steam room, sauna, go to another class, use the equipment, etc.

4. The class minimum is 5 and the class maximum is 10. If you register for a class that doesn't meet the minimum, you will receive a credit to attend a future class.

5. If you have a group of 5 to 10 and would like to have a private class the Rec Center will work to accommodate your group on the day and time of your choice. This will depend on both space and instructor availability.
