Five Horizons is excited that Alabama Medicaid has agreed to begin coverage for continuous glucose monitors! This policy shift is the result of sustained, collective advocacy by organizations and individuals across the state including FHHS!

This change will be a huge benefit to Alabama Medicaid recipients diagnosed with diabetes (including people living with HIV) & this pragmatic policy update will help people stay healthier, improve their quality of life, AND save costs over time!
